If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and shipping.
You are entitled to return Your Order for replacement within 30 days siting damaged/faulty merchandise.
The deadline for requesting a return is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods.

All items are made to order. Production time varies from. However, it is Our goal to to ship all orders with 7 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays although production, in most instances continues.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
Delivery can be expected 3-5 days after production is complete. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. They may be required to assist in making a claim with the mail carrier.
